Lay Counselor Training Course Begins September 14, 2025
People Encouraging People (PEP) is a lay counseling and support ministry. Prepare to Care 2025 is the first of three phases prerequisite for those considering certification in Biblical Lay Pastoral Counseling. Whether in the home, with relatives, neighbors, friends or co-workers, your relationships will take on a new perspective as Pastor of Counseling, Dr. Brent Van Elswyk, provides basic training in people-helping skills.

Childcare is available by prior arrangement only; $80 flat fee for first child or $150 per family for this entire term. No refunds. Class is expected to fill fast. Attendance requirements apply. (Alumni may audit class anytime at a reduced fee.)
